One of our main activities is holding collaborative events for the community members to meet, exchange, and learn. Annually we will be holding a major conference in addition to several sessions and workshops all the year long.
Our first annual event will be held for two days; Sunday and Monday October 4th and 5th 2009. The location is Cairo Smart Village Conference Center, one of the most professional and luxuries locations.
The event registration is open from now to the event day. We are also offering exhibition opportunities.
Call for papers:
We are open for speakers who would like to give presentation on ITSM related topics showing their experience and highlighting important issues. Session duration is 60 minutes.

- Notification of acceptance: Jul. 31st, 2009
- Full paper submission deadline: Aug. 31st, 2009
- Power Point presentation submission deadline: Sep. 10th, 2009
