ITSM Mind Jogger is a game for IT professionals to review their memorization of most common terminologies of IT Service Management. The first version included 6 levels of game, and the updated version of the game includes 20 levels of game.

All words are acronym of well-known ITSM terms. Words are either horizontal or vertical only. Start by first letter to last letter, even if the word goes bottom-up or right-to-left.

The game is developed by the EAITSM Inc., and available to the regional and global community. Watch video demo (previous version).
