We are participating in the IQC (International Qualifications & Certifications) team meeting, to be held in March 26-27, in Geneva, Switzerland. In preparation for this meeting we want your cooperation with us to be able to make the most benefit out of it.

 

One of the core topics is ISO20000 standard. To be most productive, we want to form a focus group to work on preparation for this meeting. The members of this group will be used as reference experts, without violating the confidentiality of the IQC team. The focus group will primarily communicate remotely, however physical meeting at our office isn't unlikely.

 

We are seeking members to form this group who satisfy one or more of the following criteria:

Based on the amount of feedback we will receive, we may limit the number of group members in order to be more focused and productive. We are expecting your feedback no later than Sat. Mar. 14th. end of day. You may join later, but this is the date on which the group will start work.

 

 

The first purpose of this group is preparation for the mentioned meeting, while the group activity may be later made continuous for the chapter activities in this area in general. The group work will be relatively intensive in the few coming days, and will be occasional afterwards.

 

 

All of this group work is on volunteer basis.
