Call for Community Publications

Based on the feedback we got from some of you, it was found that some of the members in our community have already published some materials in the ITSM field.

As such, we want to draw your attention that in our website there is a section under Library (Members Only) where members can download free online resources, including papers, articles, and issues of ServiceTalk magazine. Once we are open for membership you can access it with your membership account.

In addition, there is an ITSM Library project which is planned to be launched soon in itSMFI for a similar purpose, and we can submit your publications to this library.

So, please if you have published any papers, articles, researches in any ITSM area then you are encouraged to send a copy to publications@eaitsm.org in order to share with our community and contribute to the global intellectual production in this field.
