As a collaborative activity to engage with the community, we are organizing a monthly competition for all members of the IT community regionally, amongst whom a single winner is selected every month to be awarded a free copy of some of the publications relevant to the ITSM field.

Our competition is in the form of board game (trivial pursuit) that's played remotely. We have changed the way of playing this game a little bit to accommodate the remote playing mode and to suit the purpose of this competition. The following is how to play:

• We will play with one token, and the game will continue until all color gadgets are collected and the token reaches the center of the board back again
• All questions of one of the game cards are posted on 15th of every month (we will adapt questions to reflect latest updates of the corresponding standards)
• The contestants are required to answer all questions correctly so that we can move our token to the next step
• Once a correct answer is received from one of the contestants, we will roll the dice to move the token to the next block
• The participant who provided the correct answer will be announced and awarded the monthly award announced for each month

The following are the questions of April edition. On the right is the current state of the board:

1. Is the virtual Service Desk recognized as a type of Service Desk?
2. What does the accronym CAB stand for?
3. Is it possible to write an SLA for a single service?
4. What do you call the ability of a third party supplier to guarantee service availability?
5. Where are the security requirements agreed between the customers and service provider defined?
6. What does the acronym SKMS stand for?
