We have formed a wroking group that is focused on academic topics in the ITSM field, ranging from academic study courses development to academic research projects.
The group is already formed and is active. The group currently includes contributors from the following organizations:
Carnegie Mellon University
Cairo University
Palestine Polytechnic University
The working group is expected to be very productive and to release its first achievement in the near future.
