The year 2020 has been a challenging year for most activities, however we tried to maintain our growth rate and community engagement with us. Membership, including individuals and companies, has increased by 2% over past year total, taking in consideration eliminated members that have not been reachable through their contacts in our records. We have also added a new membership benefit to offer subscription in Harvard Business Review - Arabic edition for some membership categories. Regarding visibility, the ratio has increased by 11% over last year measure, in terms of monthly website visits, blog visits, along with social media impressions. The total number of professional events this year has suffered due to lockdown and reduction in partners events we participate in, to be 55% less than last year. Publications and publishing activities has increased by 20%, and we also started to offer our publication for a 3-month subscription plan. Global extent has increased by 20%, with relevance to direct engagements with our website from different regions in the world. Arabization and translation initiatives increased by 6%, including materials and posts in Arabic language. Level of professionals engagement has increased significantly by 513%, thanks mainly to social media followership, in addition to participations in votings, direct contacts, and other interaction and communication channels. A 13% increase in level of corporate engagements over past year has resulted from new corporate members, and new corporate services.
