This year we will be organizing our Tenth Annual Conference in row, which is planned to be held on Oct. 8th. Our annual conference is the regional leading virtual gathering for IT Service Management professionals, which attracts participants from both the regional and the global community.

Call for Papers:

It's now time to start call for paper proposals from speakers who are interested in presenting at our conference.

Call for papers for the Tenth Annual Conference is open from now and according to the below schedule:
 
- Abstract submission deadline: April, 30, 2018
- Notification of Acceptance: May, 15, 2018
- Full paper submission deadline: August, 15, 2018
- Power point presentation submission deadline: September, 15, 2018
 
Abstracts should be submitted to: events [at] eaitsm [dot] org. Topics are restricted to IT Service Management related subjects.
