Out of our vision to spread experiences and best practices in the field of IT Service Management in the Arabic language, and to be a development transformational agent through our activities in this regard, and out of the fact that our activities extend across the Arabic region and interactions of professional community members from all Arabic countries, we have renamed our entity instead of "The Egyptian Association for IT Service Management" to become "The Establishment of Arabian for IT Service Management".

By this change, we aim at reinforcing the regional approach of our activities and interactions, and we endeavor to turn that into a reality, in cooperation with the community of professionals in the field.
