Change and Release Management is an ITIL process that aims to handle the changes in the IT infrastructure in terms of planning, scheduling, controlling, and committing the changes to test and live environments. The goal of this module is to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are followed for efficient and prompt handling of all changes in order to minimize the impact upon service quality. In this session, you will learn about creating new changes, changes types, scheduling for implementation, and getting the approvals to do so. The session will also include a live demo.
