Through our interactions with the community, we recognized that most of the feedback we get is regarding inquiries related to training and exam providers, which made this subject one of our priorities.

We provide at our website a directory list of ITSM training and exam providers in Egypt. We aim at making this list as comprehensive as possible. You can view the list of currently published training providers and exam providers at our website.

Thus, if you are an organization that provides any ITSM related training or exams in Egypt, we are offering you the opportunity to get listed at our website for general reference by the community. Please send to us (certnqual@eaitsm.org) detailing the following:

Organization Name, website, and contact information
Short description about the organization scope of work, how long have you been in business in this specific area (training/exams).
The ITSM training courses (ITIL or others) you provide (specifying the level, version, and other details)
The ITSM exams you hold, and related detailed information.

Currently listed companies are also encouraged to send to us any updates of their published information.

Note: This service is currently offered for free to all ITSM training and exam providers who provide services in Egypt, but may be restricted in the future to registered member companies only.
