Translation Conference Call
2010-10-30

This is to announce the arrangement of a conference call to discuss translation issues.

We have been releasing Arabic translation products over the previous years, and as these products were used by the community feedback was received. Now, we recognize a real need to hold such a conference call to discuss and smooth several raised issues.

The conference call will take place on Saturday, Nov. 20th, 2010, 08:00 PM Mecca time / 07:00 PM Egypt time. Only Arabic native speakers may join.

Participants should be practitioners who had already attempted to use the Arabic products (ITIL glossary and exams) for their own business purposes, so that they have already realized the actual application of these products.

If you think you will provide an added value to the discussion, then please send to translation@eaitsm.org (please don't CC any other email), with the subject "Translation Conference Call", explaining the following:
  • Your knowledge level of ITIL
  • Your experience in using the Arabic products (in detail)
  • Your feedback from using these products
Please note that in order to have an effective discussion, the number of participants will be limited as possible. Only those who are accepted to participate will receive confirmation to join and connection instructions. Please accept our apology in advance if you were not contacted to join.
