This is to announce that our Seventh Annual Conference for 2015 will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 2015. This is going to be a virtual conference held online on the cloud, saving costs for us and for our attendees, and making it more flexible for as many professionals as possible to join us.

Call for papers for the Seventh Annual Conference is open from now and according to the below schedule:
- Abstract submission deadline: April, 30, 2015
- Notification of Acceptance: May, 15, 2015
- Full paper submission deadline: August, 15, 2015
- Power point presentation submission deadline: September, 15, 2015
Abstracts should be submitted to events@eaitsm.org. Topics are restricted to IT Service Management related subjects.
