ITSM Glossary of Terms, English - Arabic

We have been working on various translation initiatives over past years. From our experience in working with translations of various frameworks and models, including ITIL, CMMI, Cobit, and ISO standards, we are launching a new project to develop a unified glossary of terms in the ITSM field as a whole, by building on previous efforts and community feedback received on them over the past period.

A unified ITSM glossary is expected to be of great value to the ITSM Arabic community, who have needs to refer to Arabic works of various frameworks. Besides, this will enhance cross referencing and consistency among materials of these various frameworks.

This project is now in the preparation stage, and we will announce availability of the unified ITSM glossary of terms once completed, estimated by end of Q1 2015. Meanwhile, the glossary can be pre-ordered at our online bookstore.

Sponsorship fees of USD 1,500, to paid one shot in advance.
Sponsor logo will be published in the final glossary book, and will be featured on our website on the project page.
Sales will not be shared with the sponsor organization.
A maximum of two sponsors will be accepted for this project.
