The purpose of this webinar is to discuss how the Incident Management process can be tailored and customized for adoption within the IT service provider organization. We will show how standard frameworks can be generally adapted, and how to apply this on the Incident Management process, taking in consideration implementation challenges and success factors. The discussion is mainly targeted to IT service provider organizations and how they can implement these practices.
