The purpose of this webinar is to discuss concepts of Continual Service Improvement, and how metrics and measurements can be utilized in implementing these concepts. We explain how metrics are selected and defined, and how actual measures are collected, analyzed and then presented for reporting. The discussion is mainly targeted to IT service provider organizations and how they can implement these practices. The presentation will be in Arabic and English, with the speaker commentary in Arabic.
