Taking Service Forward (TSF) Initiative & the Adaptive Service Model (ASM)
2013-12-11

A group of service professionals met recently to start discussion of an architecture for services and service management. The group consisted of many nationalities and represented a cross section of the IT service industry. During the week that has passed since the inaugural meeting of the group, many activities including the following are near complete:

The TSF community: As an open community, the TSF wants to be able to reach out to as many potential members as possible.

The Adaptive Service Model: the ASM has to at least be complete at the high level, with classes, entities, initial attributes and properties. This forms the necessary working level to be sent into the TSF community for collaboration.
