It's our pleasure to announce that our Fifth Annual Conference for this year has been planned to be held on Saturday, Oct. 5th, 2013. This year, the conference will take place virtually on the cloud instead of meeting in physical place. As IT community, we are expecting to find our colleagues comfortable and familiar with the online setting. The virtual environment will enable many benefits, including lower costs, flexibility in attendance from anywhere, ease of moving out from and in to the conference as you need, while still preserving the networking and knowledge transfer features of physical gatherings.

 

 

Call for papers for the Fifth Annual Conference is open from now and according to the below schedule:
 
- Abstract submission deadline: April, 30, 2013
- Notification of Acceptance: May, 15, 2013
- Full paper submission deadline: August, 15, 2013
- Power point presentation submission deadline: September, 15, 2013
 
Abstracts should be submitted to events@eaitsm.org. Topics are restricted to IT Service Management related subjects.
