To summarize our activities and progress throught the year 2019, we continued improvement and growth by revamping some services like the tenders system which is offered as an exclusive service to members to bid for tenders, and also allows the wider community to benefit from the force of professionals in our membership by publishing tenders to them. Membership, including individuals and companies, has increased by 5% over past year total, taking in consideration eliminated members that have not been reachable through their contacts in our records, which shows continual expansion of our community. Regarding visibility, and building on continual growth of social channels launched in Q3 last year, the ratio has increased by 228% over last year measure, in terms of monthly website visits, blog visits, along with social media impressions. The total number of professional events this year has increased by 10% over last year, including our own organized conference and webinars as well as partner events in which we participate. A new mobile game app has been released this year, and by adding to that new videos created and published on our YouTube channel and articles posted on the members' blog, total number of our publications is increased by 36%. Global extent has increased by 16%, with relevance to direct engagements with our website from different regions in the world. This year we started to approach and cooperate with regional and global associations concerned with the Arabic language for multual activities, and the index for Arabization and translation initiatives is increased by 6%. Level of professionals engagement has increased significantly by 54%, thanks to social media followership, participations in votings, direct contacts, and other interaction and communication channels. A 14% increase in level of corporate engagements over past year has resulted from new corporate members, and new corporate services. The advances in the elapsed year are motivating for more to come in the next year, to achieve even more, for the benefit of our membership and regional and global community.
