Service requests are requests from a user or a user’s authorized representative that initiate a service action which has been agreed as a normal part of service delivery. Service Requests are used to enable employees by providing them access to the IT services which they need to be productive, and these requests are not used in response to a failure or degradation of service which is handled using incidents. In this session, you will learn how users raise service requests on their own, browse the service catalog on the service portal, and how the requests get processed by support engineers. The session will also include a live demo.
